Aiming for a bright future in Setoda
Thank you for visiting the Bed & café Onzo site.
The name of the store is "Knowing the new by warming the old (Won't know new)" in the analects.
"Warm the old and create the new (warm and new)", and the abbreviation "Wonso" is the name.
Did.
In addition, the logo mark is a deformed version of "Right Tomoe," which seems to be one of the family crests of Mr. Ikuchi, who ruled Ikuchijima and Setoda in the Muromachi period about 600 years ago. I'm doing it.
Kojoji Mie Pagoda, which was built in 1432 and designated as a national treasure in 1958, was also created by Mr. Ikuguchi, but there are many temples and shrines that retain the tradition of Kagemori.
It is difficult to trace the historical facts, but I am sure that Ikuchijima has contributed significantly. We also want to be a person who contributes to the community, so we use it as a logo mark.
concept
Bed & café Onzo has three "spinning" concepts.
(1) Increase acquaintances by traveling to live with residents and tourists.
To "Setoda or SHIMANAMI who knows without permission".
Also, the residents will be more proud of the island.
Develop activities.
(2) Creation of new industries through collaboration, etc.
③ Communicate the history, culture and landscape of Setoda to the future and leave it behind.

Our Story
From 1974 to 1999, the building where my parents lived on the first floor and we lived on the second floor. Before 1974, my grandmother used to run an okonomiyaki restaurant. It seems that it used to be a tofu shop a long time ago. The range that could have been vacant for 20 years was renovated by DIY.
In my hometown of Ikuchijima and Setoda-cho, there are many favorite landscapes, and the landscapes often contain memories from childhood.
